The Schorfheide Game Park has been recognised by the Commission for Environmental Education as an institution for completing the Voluntary Ecological Year. On average two positions are advertised annually. Applications should be sent to the youth association Landesjugendring Brandenburg.

Interested people are invited to do a longer internship to increase their chances of getting a job in zoos. References will be written on request.
Students in their 9th year at school can do their two-week-work experience in our Game Park. As we can only take a limited number of students, we advise interested people to apply early.
We extraordinarily appreciate voluntary honorary assistants. Students from 9th grade or older are welcome. We offer to write a reference for future applications in return.
